Heavy Rain + Poor Drainage = Water Leakage

Whenever it rains, water leaking from roof to the wall. At first, we suspect it's the leakage from the joint pipe (which the contractor did not seal the joint properly).
But it's not! The plumber went up and found out the main cause. He took some photos (as shown here) and explained to me... The white color pipe is not properly
installed, as it's pointing UP. Meaning, the rain water from the concrete slab is not able to go thru the pipe...

What's the best solution??

[attachmentid=3216020]

[attachmentid=3216021]

[attachmentid=3216024]

I have 2 rooms with a shared bathroom. The bathroom is quite small. My contractor suggested two bi-fold doors for this bathroom.
I don't like bi-fold door. 2 bi-fold door, lagi i don't like. What if install a swing door which open the other way round? I mean swing out,
instead of swing in the bathroom. Any advise/comment is welcomed. Thanks.

[attachmentid=2589021][attachmentid=2589025]

Who should responsible for this?

Water Pipe Leakage from underground is found. Once the main water tap is on (at the water meter), water is coming out from underground, like fountain.
Plumber dig a little bit to find any hole. Didn't find any leakage from the surface. So he concluded that it's from underground pipe. Asked me to check with developer.
Developer checked, and said that it's my contractor who caused the leakage when they hack the tiles and concrete. Developer is not responsible for it. So now what?!
My contractor said the plumber quote him RM450 to fix the problem.

Plumbing jobs completed last week. I found water marks right above the 1st floor room ceiling well as the ceilmg above the staircase. I asked the contractor to check. Today start wiring. From contractor's feedback, plumber said it's water tank leakage. Plumber said need to throw all the water in the tank, fill again to confirm. Contractor told me somehow the water tank cannot be changed. Is it true? Make sense? Pls advise, all the sifu here. I am so kan cheong already.

9'x9' Kitchen Cabinet + Granite Table Top

Hi guys,

Pls comment on my 9'x9' L-shape kitchen cabinet quotation as below:

To supply and install 16ftrn stove support c/w 600mmX600mm tiles - 2560
To supply and install 16ftrn aluminium glass door below stove support and 1set drawer - 2180
To supply and install 16ftrn black galaxy granite table top - 2500
To supply and install 9ftrn wall cabinet with aluminium glass door - 2170

In between the 9 feet wall cabinet, I will have my hood installed, no deduction in calculation??

At first, I want 2x2 tiles on table top and aluminum glass door. So he quoted these:

To supply and install 16ftrn stove support c/w 600mmX600mm tiles - 2560
To supply and install 16ftrn aluminium glass door below stove support and 1set drawer - 2180

After that, I changed my mind. Change to black granite. Add 1 side wall cabinet. So, the contractor add these on top of the above:

To supply and install 16ftrn black galaxy granite table top - 2500
To supply and install 9ftrn wall cabinet with aluminium glass door - 2170

I did asked him, why still calculate the cost of the tiles. He said he still need to build the stove support for the granite table tops. But then, still need the tiles?? I am confused! Pls advise. Thanks.
