Approaching someone at work (Advice Needed)

Hi Guys, need some advice on whether i should just give up or continue approaching my crush.

I met someone in office but we're from different team and dont really interact as the office is quite big and not knowing everyone is pretty norm despite same floor. I courageously approach him with the pretense of exchanging locker, i didnt need to but i wanted to talk to him so bad and for him to notice me. The tactic kinda work bcos we started to smile at each other.. And after 2 weeks of smiling etc, i saw him and made a small talk on general topic..

But my concern is that im the one who is only asking him question and he didnt even ask me anything at all. So i kinda get the idea that he's not interested in me at all. So should i just give up? I dont want to be the annoying girl who keep asking question and not getting the hint.

Changing from one local university to another?

Hello guys, i want to ask is it possible for me to change from UITM to another university?

I'm currently doing my degree in business computing at UITM TERENGGANU which i really loathe(the place, not the course), i'm in a situation where i really hate studying in dungun while all my friend are in SHAH ALAM. I tried multiple times to change campus but UITM had a new policy where changing campus/course are no longer available which i find it very absurd.

I have a diploma in computer science and my cgpa is relatively okay but not impressive(3.27) and my last semester result for degree is 3.54. I want to change to another university but i don't want to waste time since i'm in second year(part 4). Is it possible for me to transfer credit? I don't mind re-entering again second year but i don't want to start all over to year 1.

I may look like a whiner for wanting to change university closer to home but i just couldn't stand living in dungun terengganu, the place is mother of all boredom and i get irritated easily here. I tried counselling but it doesn't work out, i feel that even though i'm a malay muslim but the culture is so different since i don't wear tudung and i can't stand the way people work here(i'm used to efficient management which people over here don't apply).

I sick of tired living here, i survived last semester but i just couldn't take it anymore. I like studying in uitm but i really hate the environment i'm living now where i feel so discriminated . I'm going to call UTM and UIA tomorrow regarding my situation but i would like to ask other people opinion about mu situation.
