I signed up the MaxisONE Kid plan with the purchase of the watch at RM1 at Maxis Centre The Gardens, I should be expecting a rebate of RM20 on my bill however this was not the case. My January bill did not have the RM20 rebate. I contacted the CS, they told me it was not under the 24 months contract, hence I'm not getting the rebate.

They only putting me on contract from February onward, so what happens now to my January's bill, I don't intend to pay the full RM58 and February's bill is a pro-rated rebate of RM9.68
