Afternoon sun

Need advice on condo units facing afternoon sun. How bad is it? Can blinds or window tints help the problem?

I understand that sometimes the heat gets "trapped" inside the concrete walls, making it terrible at night. I suppose A/C could help solve the problem?

On the bright side, it gives you a nice sunset view I suppose.

Its literally a "million dollar" question now when considering buying new condos. Appreciate any thoughts.
