DIFFERENT CPU IDENTITY

As previously system running great.. But recently i change processor from Q9300 to 9550... immediately i noticed a problem... whereby the "PROCESSOR SPEED & IDENTITY" different.

however this system no hang pc or blue screen, before or after replace processor

iam using AMD 3000 pc socket 939... each time i play games,, less than 10min the pc wil either auto restart or hang..

one of my techincian blame that cooling fan insufficent...and they advise me to get better cooling system.. currrenty iam using the Amd orginal alumunium fan, whereby this fan quite noisy when i startup computer...

i would like to seek your advise, which colling fan suit for my computer, in order to lessser problem of auto restart or hang..
