How to get rid of dark elbows?

Tried scrubbing and natural remedies like lemon juice to no effect. I also made sure to moisturize after.

So is there a product I can use? Something that I can get at Guardian or Watsons will be great!

Worst thing is one elbow is way darker than the other so it's something i CANNOT ignore

Hi, I'm new to choosing my own rig combo. Please suggest any improvement to the below rig (prices from viewnet). Budget RM 2200 max, used for gaming and must be future-proof.

RAM: Kingston DDR3 4GB @RM57
PSU: Cooler Master Extreme 500W @RM149
HDD: Seagate SATA 3 750GB @RM169
DVD: Liteon 24x @RM60
Casing: Cooler Master Elite 311 RM139
Monitor: HP 20" W2072a @RM285 (Jayacom)

Total: RM1602 (without GPU)

GPU options:
a. MSI GT640 oc dual fans 2GB @RM349 (Total: RM1951)
b. MSI TX650 1GB @RM469 (Total: RM2071)
c. MSI GTX560 1GB @RM599 (Total: RM2201)

1. Please help suggest which GPU should I choose (from the list or other)? I plan to play the latest first-person shooter, RPG, strategy games as well as future releases. I don't play at ultra settings - as long as playable.
2. Someone mentioned Cooler Master PSU is 'cap ayam'...I couldn't find FSP Hexa 500W or Gigabyte PoweRock 500W in viewnet price list . Any other to recommend?
3. This rig includes sound card and network card right?

Oily & Sensitive Skin

I have super oily skin . Also sensitve skin - tried a doctor recommended gel which contains alcohol and my skin started peeling a lot. Have been using Dermalogica products since I was young...for about 10 years now (mom sponsored).

Now that I've just started working, I want to switch to a cheaper range of products. Dermalogica didn't work well for me...skin still oily and feels very course. I was afraid to try other brands cuz afraid it's too harsh for my skin.

Which products suit (super) oily and sensitve skin? Also where to buy them? I'm really not aware of these kind of things
