Home Loan Lock in period calculation

Hi Guys,

I'll be purchasing my first property and need some help about the home loan. As most banks are having 3% lock in period for the first 3 years.

If i would to sell my property within the first three years, does it mean that my full settlement to the bank would be (loan amount borrowed) + 3% of it?

So if loan amount is 200,000 and 3% penalty is (RM200,000 x 3% = RM6,000). So my settlement to the bank would be 206000? Or are there additional charges or interest needs to be included as well?

Is my understanding correct?
