[WTA] Rainshower Head Shake Violently

Hi guys, my contractor just installed my ceiling rainshower head and it shakes violently like it’ll drop on my head every time i turn it on and off. He said it’s because of the water pump. But i’ve used many rainshower but no shaking at all.

Can anyone share their experience?

Sell Undercon Property Back to Developer

I bought a property 2 years ago (which is undercon, about 6 months to VP). But I found out that I'm not going to stay there since most of the time I spent in oversea. I wonder has anyone successfully sell the property back to developer? If does, how you convince the developer? I just want to know whether is it ok to do in Malaysia?

Question About LLP Taxing

Hi,

I just registered LLP in SSM.

But I'm curious about the tax rebate issue, can anyone help me?

Can I put in the expenses (like register in apple app store/google play store) as LLP expenses?

If I bought a new phone/computer, can I put it as company's expenses as well? The receipt must be after the registration date of the company?

I'm planning to register LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) for my startup company with my partner, but I'm curious about the taxing since the site didn't really state about it.

My question is:

1) The tax that I earn under company name is consider SME tax rate?
2) Or can put it in my personal income tax?
