Cut Tree outside my house

Hello

i'm living in a landed individual title terrace house in MBSA jurisdiction. The tree planted by developer is troublesome to me coz leaves falling down like autumn season.

MBSA does a good job sweeping the leaves regularly... Can i ask MBSA to cut it? I am happy to buy and plant other type of tree...

Which department i can make a complaint or I can inform that i want to cut the tree....

Hi all,

1) Anyone here has successfully bought a carpark? (meaning buy empty carpark from seller after the condo VP. NOT buying from developer before VP) Can share your story, price, condo name...
- i saw someone selling carpark in mudah.my but cannot recall the price $$ & condo name

2) My apartment has extra carparks that we ballot yearly as 2nd carpark. Successfull bidders have to pay monthly rent to JMB. contract is 1year. Apartmnt still in master title & expect to get strata soon. Q : after strata/now, can MC/JMB/Developer sell it? if this is POSSIBLE, then i want to start queue to buy. anyone successfully buy a carpark from MC/JMB?
