CPU usage 100%?

Hi, do tell me if i put in the wrong section.

My laptop is an Asus F81 model.
Recently after repairing this laptop (changed Motherboard IC), i cant help but to notice that my CPU Usage is 100 percent.
i know this is not normal as usually it runs not so high.
it goes increase and decrease (like 50, 63, 75, 100 then drops, then up again).
I checked for the processes, and nothing much is taking the cycle (unless u count task manager and explorer.exe as bad stuff).
it only goes like like super high up when i use chrome or firefox.

Funnything is that it cant be spyware as the repairshop helped me to reformat as well.

help?

Sewing hobby

Hey, i realized there werent a topic on sewing (do correct me if im wrong)

im into handsewing these days, and
i do not own a sewing machine (sad i know, dont mention)
i am recently into sewing, i supposed its family genes. *mom knew how to sew but refused to teach me*
anyone else is?

im looking for fairly cheap and unique cloth (dont mention kamdar, they are sial expensive)
up till now, i cant find batting.
my recent project is a bag, and i need bagstraps, anyone knows where to get those?
and the clip thingy, u know bagpack straps are adjustable, they have this metal thing to adjust?
i dont know whats that called, do tell me if u know.
in fact, just pour it all out, mate!

Ice Skating

i wanna take up ice skate, but the only ice skating rink that i know of is only in Sunway n the Mines (for Mines, never been there before).
is there any other places?
and yeah feel free to give in advices.
im 20 this year, and feel like doing this. Any probs i should be aware of?

Hey guys,
i dont see a proper threads for ambient music, thought need to create one.

i love ambient music, but i rarely could find proper recommendations.
Of course, top of my head lists are

Martin Roman Rebelski (more to a instrumental thing, than fully ambient music, but absolutely adores his work)
Harold Budd
Brian Eno ( these two ppl are ace!)
Steve Reich (more orchestra-ish)
Sigur Ros ( its a sin not to know them)

so far its just this much, top of my head.

any recommendations, peeps?

Hello,
i dont expect much fans here (if u do, pop here and say hi! im more than happy to see more fans)
Even if you youtubed Martin out, you can only have a few videos of him.
he's much of a hidden talent behind good bands!

He's a UK multi instrumentalist, famous for being Doves's Keyboardist.
Besides his work with Doves, Martin is a talented musician, recording artist.

He came out two albums, namely "Thanks for Your Thought"(2003) and "Stickers on Keys"(2004)
He recently collaborate with Rohan Daniel Eason and Geoff Cox to produce a trilogy series of book called "Anna and the Witch's Bottle"
His supposedly thrid album was released along side with the book, called "Witch in a Bottle".
Its either in Itunes or u have to get the book in order to get the album.
His 2nd work for the Anna trilogy book was released with the book "Anna and the Juniper's Dog".

Well, the description might bore you. but this man's music is absolutely rare.
He is talented and each of his song are unique.
If you really love ambient, psychodelic, indie music, u GOT to check this man's work.

There werent much details of him as he isnt much of a front man person.

trust me, it took me exactly three months to hunt his album down.
and its not even completed yet.
Am absolutely gonna get his original CD, if possible, Vinyl as well.

Hard disc temperature

Hi, i run an Asus f81.
and i want to ask what is a normal hard disc temperature range to?
according to various sources i have, it seems to be quite vague.
some say 30 something, some say lower than 50 is unhealthy etc (u get the picture now)
so help? and how to reduce the hd temp beside having a cooler?

Reboot device?

Hi, need some help.
I got an ASUS F81 series laptop. has been 2 years old.
Windows Vista.
When i turned on my laptop, this message appeared. ""Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key."
so i tried "enter" etc.
then i took out the battery (i know its harmful) and then restart. it worked, and now im writing this.
can anyone tell me whats wrong?

Hi,
im very interested in taking a paramedic cert in Malaysia.
However, it seems not to be "popular" in Msia, and almost none offers any kind of certifications for Paramedic.
Does anyone know where to get a good Paramedic institution and cert? (can include other countries valid institution, but hopefully in Msia, of course)
