Help : Transfer Windows Outlook emails to Mac Emai

Hi all,

I am sure there are many people here whom have transfered system from windows to Mac. May I know how did you transfer all your Outlook emails from your windows PC to your Email in Mac. Is it a simple back up and restore or is there a conversion that must be done. Considering both systems running different format of harddisk i am assuming there is a conversion that must be done, but I am not sure how. Please Sifu Sifu sekalian... please guide me to transfer. Thanks.
