Water bill increased a lot suddenly

I just moved in to this new house, both of my water bill reading in the last 2 month are also just 2 cubic meters, but this month consumption suddenly increased to 21 cubic meters, I checked my meter and the reading is correct and I cannot find leakage in the house.

Now I am wondering whether the previous reading or the current one is wrong, is 21 cubic meters consumption normal for a 2 person household?

How to import computer networking products?

I am trying to help my friend to setup a computer network in his 3-storey office with some low cost equipment.

The networking products have to be imported from United States and the seller is going to ship it to Malaysia via FedEx.

However, we found the FedEx charges is very expensive, but also the shipment may require SIRIM permit and duty tax, the estimated final cost of this is not consistent with our low cost objective.

The question is, do we have any other lower cost shipping option? Can any forwarder help us to cut the shipping cost?

Is there any way to reduce or maybe avoid the SIRIM requirement and duty tax?
