What is the average cost of house extension/reno

I was quoted at RM90 per square feet to extend the front of my house. This includes tiling, roofing, adding a septic tank for an area of 20ft x 20ft. It would be a renovation from a house porch into a living room plus another small room with a toilet. So for the total of 400sqft, that would amount to RM36k. I just need a range estimation.

Is this a fair pricing?

Disclaimer - I've always known Kampung2005 as one of the respectable oldfags in /k/ since I don't know how long. I've also known that he's an enthusiast of public transportation (especially trains, bullet trains). He's very knowledgeable, level-headed, and non-confrontational person.

For a long, long time, I've always been thinking that the profile pic that unker @Kampung2005 is using was comprised of a hentai-infused-with-a-train imagery, as explained below:

I knew it was a train image, but I've also thought that a hentai image was infused on top of it (when it's actually not). It was me who needed a pair of new glass or was actually hamsap.

Receiving a sum of money from a buyer through bank transfer to my Maybank (M2U). The balance is already updated reflecting the amount paid, but under 'Today's Transactions', Maybank hasn't showed it yet. Is it safe to release the item to the buyer?

I am worried that somehow the balance reflected by the purchase is not the available balance, rather it's a pending balance cancel-able by the buyer.

"It may be an effective way, but does not get to the root of the problem. I believe transparency of power is the key. We should create conditions for citizens to oversee the government to make it function in sunshine," wrote another user.
