Recover data from HDD

Hi, I'll just get to the point and I guess this could be a common question. Basically my PSU,motherboard and a RAM just died (after checking by the shop). I need to recover some files from my HDD, is there any way I can do it? It's SATA enabled HDD. I don't have a spare computer with SATA port.

Hi, I've a Dell 20inch widescreen and want to change to to 4:3 ratio. Somehow I can't do it, the function is there but can't seem to be able to select it.
