What is the best pc specs to play dota 2? that maintains 60 fps during huge clash?
Because i seem to have a problem where when i play dota 2 max fps is 60 but when there is a clash my fps can drop until 34(minimum). Im playing will all settings high

My PC specs:

intel pentium g3220 3.0Ghz
RAM 4GB
GPU AMD Radeon HD 6950 1GB

Monitor viewsonic va2446 1920x1080p

Can someone give any tips, info to be good on csgo??
I literraly am noob in csgo right now because i wasn't able to scored many points like my glory days of cs1.6(lol)

I saw some tips in internet where they ask you to change ur screen to 4:3 and weird enough is taht all of these pro players(international) got low sens which is rediculous to aim if u knwo what i mean!!!!

Anyone here in SEA region experiencing A MASS DC towards players and then 'Safe to leave" poppup ? It is really getting on my nerves since i was winning in matches and then all people started to DC. MMR also didnt get since it is safe to leave.

Temperature gpu 60C when idle display turn off

Hello i got this powercolor hd6950 second hand.. and i notice when im idle with display turn off the temp goes 60C but when i started to use the pc it goes way down towards 40-50C... when im idle with display turn on, the temp is 40C... should i concern about this? during gaming like playing dota 2 with all shadow and texture max the temp goes 60-63C maintaining... SO my point is that is there any problem with this or its juz normal because its weird idle with display turn off 60C.
ANyway im using a monitor that has no dvi so i use like a converter dvi to vga..

someone with experience or pro in this field can help me?
