I just want to know, when we built a cpu with processor like E8400, which is easy to overclock, can we ask the shop from Lowyat to help us overclock? If can, how long it will normally take? Thanks

Motherboard and PSU

I plan to build a gaming desktop. Could anyone help me out on choosing the motherboard and psu? Because there are so many brand and type of motherboard and psu and I do not know how many watt are those different motherboard using....
Mobo: ??

Cpu: C2D E8200
Display: 4870 512Mb
Ram: 2x2GB
Hdd: WD 320GB
DVD+Rw Drive
A very cheap sound card? So at least got sound

Psu: ??

Budget is around RM2.5k
