recommendations/suggestions for Windows tablet PC

hi i'm looking to get a Windows-based tablet (strictly for work) within 2-3 months. Would appreciate the input from the abang2 otai and sifus in this forum for their feedback, suggestions and recommendations.

My requirements :

- able to support MS Office Word and Outlook (a must because i need to edit Word documents for work and retain their original logo, graphics, text formatting when emailing them using MS Outlook)
- supports Flash
- have a built-in module to insert a 3G simcard (so that i wont hv to be lugging around my 3g modem)
- size & dimensions - something around the size of the Samsung Galaxy and HTC Flyer 3G (7"or 8" screens) would be sweet (iPad's size is too big for my liking)
- battery life : the longer the better (above 4 hours)
- support for peripheral devices like thumb drives and external hard drives
- can run GPS software in 3D mode and handwriting recognition (not essential but would be a great bonus to have)

Clarification :
NOT CONSIDERING - iPad and Blackberry Playbook (no offence to the apple and berry fanboys, but these two cant do the jobs i need to get done)

Max budget is RM2800.

Btw, has anyone also used the Viliv X70 tablet? The photo of the tablet is attached here. Saw this in a PCMag article, seems like it was already released in Jan/Feb 2011. If anyone has bought or used this tablet, please post here where you bought it from, your feedback and the price.
