i have config below

router (192.168.100.1) --- CPE710 (192
168.1.254) --- CPE710 (192.168.1.253) --- broadcast wifi 5ghz

wifi is working now. connected ip 192.168.100.xxx

i want to connect ip cctv (require 2.4ghz or wired connection)

what cheapest option i have here?

i want to install few edison bulb for my dining table

1 bulb rating is 220V 40W

so the current drawn is 0.181A right?

so i will hang with 2 core electric wire from my ceiling about 1m drop.

ikea use 18AWG (0.75mm2) wire size.

can i use 26AWG (0.14mm2) wire size? as this wire current rating is 4A.

for discussion sake, 32AWG wire rated at 0.3A. this wire still can be use for my application?

Given example below;

At 8.59am just b4 market open.

Best buy 0.76 3000lot in que

Best sell 0.685 100 lot in que

Once market open, transaction should done at 0.685 first right? After 100 lot finish only transaction will happen at 0.69 n so on.

Is it possible that those who que buy at 0.76 match at 0.7 instead of 0.685?

Check transactiom tracker also no transaction at 0.685. Lowest transacted price is 0.7.

Any explanation on this?

Myvi 2007 engine sound like scratching

Hi

My 2007 myvi got scratching sound from engine bay like got paper stuck there or something.. the pattern of sound maybe related to rotary part.. and noticeable during idling (ie at parking or traffic light) maybe due to low noise from engine run itself.

What is the potential problem with this one? Serious and require big bucks or not.

1. Red Car (accord) was hit at the Left Back passenger side by Blue Car (Viva) . Passenger injured (ICU).

2. Both driver said traffic light on their side is green. no CCTV / surveilance camera nearby.

3. Adjuster said accord total lost.

Question:

1. How long it will take to settle for total lost case (ie get the sum insured). Need to settle with loan bank or auto deduct?

2. If court say accord is at fault, insurance will pay for viva first, then remaining balance give to accord owner? or accord owner will get full as sum coverage?

3. if court say viva is at fault, accord owner will get how much if total lost? up to viva sum coverage or up to accord MV?

hi all codemasters,

im working on simple project to collect daily data from 1 website, and process it into my desired table.

so for this purpose im using file_get_contents() function + substr() + cronjob to search required info and save it into my table. by the return is null.

actually file_get_contents() will read the webpage by using "view source" method or "inspect element" method?

view source = right click > view source in Chrome
inspect element = right click > view source in Chrome

because when I manually do this, the code shown is different, where in inspect element window, i can see all the info I need in HTML table form, where in view source, its merely javascript only most of them. (i guest the table is tabulated by some javascript source).

any idea how to get this info?

MOT for subsale

Hi

Need clarification on this matter. From my understanding MOT will be executed once individual title is ready for issuance by developer. There will be legal & stamp duty charges involved.

Its pretty clear cut for undercon prop but hows about subsale (for condo)? Possible situation as below.

1. Old subsale. Owner already got individual title.
- so MOT is pretty clear cut. Buyer bear the cost transfer from owner to buyer.

2. Not so old subsale. title in the midst of issuance from developer.
- in some cases owner can apply from developer to do direct transfer to seller. Some dev allow some not.
- if allow then buyer bear the cost.
- if not allowed then need to do 2x transfer? Dev to owner, cost by owner. Owner to seller, cost by seller?

3. Just VPed subsale. Title issuance is no where in radar.
- for this case how? Still need to do MOT? Or SPA is enough like buying undercon?

Appreciated input from all especially those who have direct exp in this matter (a lot here i know..)

Im refinancing my current prop and signed a loan of 370k. The bank provided contact for lawyer and the lawyer quoted as below:

for agreement is understood it should follow the legal fees %. but what about the rest of charges? 10% of agreement charges. when i asked the lawyer they said its normal charges. is this true?

the rest disbursement seems like normal (a lil bit on higher side though)

bumi buying non-bumi lot

Im bumi and planned to but a LH condo with nonbumi title. As per my understanding, the condo will have bumi allocation (ie 30%) which only can be sold to bumi. If i bought a nonbumi lot, ill not get 7% bumi discount right? How do i know my unit is really a nonbumi lot?anywhere stated in S&P?

also, later when convert from master to strata, is it true there is chances for nonbumi lot purchased by bumi will be considered as bumi lot? (eg in case of 30% quota cant be reach etc)

Liability period for my condo is ending soon..a lot of report has been lodge to ask developer make good all the defective item (eg cctv, lift etc) but developer just dont care and do nothing..

is there any channel we can report to take action to developer?

hai

i involve in accident last week with motocycle hit from the back. somebody help me to send the guy to the hospital no bleeding injury mayb only terseliuh. police report oredi lodge. i just call the police officer and he said summon oredi issued to the guy.

i heard if a motocyclist send to hospital due to accident injury he can claim expenses to my auto insurance. now i dont know whether he did claim or not. is there anyway to check?

also if he guilty means i can claim the damage on his insurance?

i've installed tp-link wn721n usb wless adapter for my PC (win 7 32 bit). the driver was successfully installed as per guideline. however, the adapter cant detect the wless network from my router. i've checked the router and its working. my friends can connect to the network. i've tried to use windows troubleshooting but still failed. anyone have any idea whats going on?

hi.. i've probs with excel formula here..

I have a set of datas:

1 2 5 3 2 1 4 2 9 4 1 5 3 2 <-- located in cell E1 to E14

i want to tabulate the frequency into some group:

CODE

1 | 5 |
2 | 9 |

in cell B1, i want to show the frequency of the data which is less than value in cell A1.. i used this formula:

=COUNTIF(E1:E14,"<5")

same goes to cell B2.. i used this:

=COUNTIF(E1:E14,"<9")

the problem is, if i change the value of cell A1 & B1, i need to manually change each formula in cell B1 & B2..

what i want intend to do is something like this:

B1 : =COUNTIF(E1:E14,"<A1")
B2 : =COUNTIF(E1:E14,"<A2")

however this just not working...

so anyone can help me?

why is that 1GB is cheaper than 512MB?
