Dear folks and recruiters, should performance bonus included as annual package for salary consideration when changing to another company? Says if your current company have been bonus payout in the range of 3-4 month consistently for the last couple of years, bonus for the new job is however capped at 1 month max. So even with a bump in the basic salary you will still ended up with approximately similar annual package. Will you accept the new offer?
