What is considered insider trading

Hi all,
I've been googling about what is insider trading but not too sure for situation like below:

1. A works for company XYZ as marketing manager. Of course A will have the normal sales report and the performance of the year for only one fraction of company performance. He does not attend management meeting and no access to final total company PnL. He only has access to PnL of his portfolio part like 1% of thr company turnover. Can A buy XYZ shares?

2. B has in laws © who works top management level in company 123. Occasionally meet up. C sometimes did talk about his work. Can B buy shares of company 123? Reason for buying is not because he heard any inside news but because the company share price is now at his ideal price he s looking for.

For both scenario above, will A and B get into trouble?

Hi, recently we found small pool of water at my kitchen every morning and after much observation we can only conclude it comes from the floor. Cabinets and wall are dry.
Looking for recommendation on contractor to hack the floor, repair pipes and retile the floor back.
Also, anyone who had done this repair before mind to share how much had you spent?
Thank you.

Amanah Saham for Non Bumi

Hi,
A few years ago, due to circumstances, I had to let go part of my AS2 (non-bumi) shares. At that time the bank teller kept asking if I am sure about that, as it's very difficult to buy back the shares once I sell them.

Then, last year I applied for online access to ASNB. It was to make it easier for me to monitor my kid's AS3 and my own Amanah Saham 2. When updating my details at ASNB branch, I asked about how to top up the shares and was told it's not easy to grab extra shares, have to keep on watching and following up. And yesterday I saw the option Tambahan Saham and decided to click on it. I top up a bit just to test, and it was successful.

Is it the time has changed, and Amanah Saham is now much easier to purchase? Or is because more ppl turned their focus on KWSP and SSPN?
AS2 and AS3 seemed to offer same % dividend (at least for 2020. 4%), so can I say it makes no difference if I top up on either one? Or the terms and conditions are different?

Maybe you are wondering why I bought AS without knowing the basics?
AS2 was opened a long time ago by parents, and my kid's AS 3 was given when we registered his birth, so I have little info how ASB works. Even after googling around, seems like the info are more on AS for bumiputera. Hence wondering now, if AS for non-bumi is a decent/stable investment? Should I focus saving money in there?

Wall pipe detector

Hi, I am tired of having to be extra careful whenever I want to drill onto the wall. Few years ago, the aircon guy almost severed my house alarm's wiring in the wall.
Now I want to drill in my bathroom and laundry area, but doesn't know where to avoid so I am thinking to get a pipe/cable detector. Saw a lot of OEM brand from China. Anyone using them and can recommend?

We couldn't get a layout from the developer, we tried years ago before we moved in. Said something like 'confidential' and it's their design .

Belkin

Hi, may I know how to choose a Belkin Surge protection (with around 3m length cord) for a dryer? I looked at the dryer's plug and it's written 13A 250V.

So I went to Lazada and ask Belkin Lazmall which one is suitable for big appliances like dryer and was told to choose Belkin Economy Series 4-Socket Surge Protector F9E400SA3M. But when I read the spec, the Maximum Spike Current is 6,500 Amps? Is the recommendation correct and suitable?

F9E400SA3M

Is dryer really cannot use extension at all? But my washing machine already taken the spot near the socket and water pipe, and my dryer's cable is too short. PS: I will never use both machine at the same time so I will not overload the socket. I just need a good quality extension to connect the dryer.

Thanks.

Hi, anyone knows where can I buy this at retail shop in PJ or Shah Alam? Prefer shop as I need it urgently and prefer to see it before buying. I know lazada has but ship all the way from China.

I am trying to make simple 'partition' for laundry area by putting a shower curtain in between.
Childcare centre (registered with KKM)

Hi, does anyone have any childcare centre to recommend in USJ area for 4 months old? CHinese or English language based is okay as long as good, hygienic and not overload with babies.

Is it true that most childcare center are not registered under JKM? I searched the list but so short. I can't even find some bigger names on it but found them on 'taska list', means eventhough they have childcare, they operate under taska?

I know I have to visit and see for myself, but I will need to shortlist first. So will appreciate some recommendations and comments from parents who send their babies/toddler there.

Thanks.

Baby grunting and pushing hard

My baby is on 30% formula and 70% breastmilk. When he was fully breastfed, he poop once only every 7 days. Doctors said it's normal.
After changing to mixed with formula he poops like once every 5 days.
But the rest of the days, he always grunt, squeeze/curve himself like he has difficulty pushing poop. His poop has always been mushy like after-rain mud, and color like mustard sauce or sometimes a bit greenish. But it's never hard.

So, is he constipated? I told doctor but she always ask back how's the texture. When I told them it's like mud/paste, then they said ok.

But little precious is frequently pushing and pushing until his face red.

Is he constipated or not? My friend told me babies should poop every day?

What can I do to make him poop more frequently? Because when he poops every 5 days, he seems like always in pain for day 1 to 4. By day 5, he poops like stock clearance. So much that they leak everywhere.

As for my diet, I have stay away from dairy products and other gassy food in case breast milk is causing this. Had done tummy massage and cycling leg exercise on him, but no result.

He's newborn, so cannot potty train yet.

Jaundice in premature baby

Hi, my baby was born barely a month ago with emergency c section due to fetal distress. He's premature and IUGR (had growth restrcition in my womb). He was admitted to NICU for 17 days and had to have phototherapy a few times due to jaundice.

After he's back in our home for 1 week, KKIA detected him having jaundice again. He's over 21 days age already so doctor is concerned if his jaundice is prolonged jaundice (means something wrong with liver or kidney). We just went to private hosp (we were referred to govt hosp, but we know the procedure will be go there, take blood, make another appt at least one week later to see result, then wait another appt to see pakar) for fast test result. I was hoping it will be breastfeeding jaundice which will eventually go away and non life threatening.

Turned out there's something weird with his liver reading. The Gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) is very high. We were advised to take another test 3 weeks later and meantime go back to birth hospital 2 weeks later to seek other opinion.

Anyone has such experience and did the high reading go away eventually?

Should he take it and wait or just head straight to hospital?

He has insurance covered but only if hospitalized or surgery done.

NICU neonatal intensive care unit

Has anyone ever switch their baby from one hospital NICU to another? My baby is in NICU at govt hospital. I can see they are understaffed. Most babies were fed n a rush using syringe and most of the milk just overflowed from their mouth. I ve tried to breastfeed as much as i can but not always succesful because premature baby tends to fall asleep all the time. If nurses saw me therrle, they just assume they dont have to feed my bb later. My baby's weight keep dropping and i m thinking to switch to nearer private hospital.

My baby can have 3 change of diapers per feed, but wheb i voiced concern, they just told me it s normal. The earlier estimated stay at nicu just keep on prolonging. Will govt hospital allow release of baby from their nicu to private hosp?

Feeling defeated. Doctor told me baby has IUGR (Intrauterine growth restriction). For the past 3 weeks, he had only grown about 100gm.
Measurements are behind by 4 weeks.

Has to keep a close eyes on baby's kick/movement. It's hard because for the past 2 weeks, his kick has became lesser and more like very small movements only.

Anytime he stops growing inside my tummy, I would have to deliver early.

Totally took me by surprised. I know baby is smaller for previous weeks but still in the range. 3 weeks ago, he was doing fine, finally upgraded to average weight. I don't know how his weight gain can slow down so much within 3 weeks. I asked doctor if he's in the range, she didn't answer directly, just baby is IUGR.

Anyone has experience to share? Did your baby need NICU? Any other growth issue as they grow up?
