KUALA LUMPUR: The price of RON97 petrol will go up by 20 sen to RM2.70 per litre effective midnight tonight, according to the Petroleum Dealers Association of Malaysia (PDAM).

PDAM deputy president Datuk Zulkifli Mokti said the increase was due to the rise in the price of crude oil to US$114 per drum this week from US$105.

"This is due to the crisis in the Middle East," he said when contacted by Bernama tonight.

Zulkifli said the price was likely to increase in the future due to the situation in the Middle East which he added could prolong.

On Jan 31, the price of RON97, which was floated according to the prevailing oil market price, rose by 10 sen to RM2.50 per litre.

RON95 petrol remains at RM1.90 per litre. - Bernama

HDD damage

i have one external HDD, 2.5" SATA (250gb). yesterday i still manage to use it...but today i plug into my computer, it doesn't work. It can't be detect, my pc doesn't prompt me anything. I though it casing problem, so i try with others casing. But it still cant function. At the same time, i notice that was some noisy sound from my HDD.

I checked with some of my IT friends. Their reply is my HDD could be totally damage. Base on this situation do u all think i still can recover all de data inside?

i knw tat was some recovery solution com providing this kind of service...but de charges is damn expensive which i cant afford....those data is important for me, any si fu here can help???

recently everytime i try to on my webcam either on skype or msn, but it doesnt work....when i click on de webcam button, suppose it will send an invitation to my fren, but immediately it show a msg saying "it cant work coz it was used by another application". in fact, i dint use de webcam in another application...

i try to search update webcam driver from HP website, but it seem no latest driver provided....anyone can help plz???

yesterday heard fren saying maxis 3g is available in malcca..so today i decided to google wat de coverage area..on my phone to 3g network,. when i drove to GBS, de UFO icon appeaR!!!!quickly test video call, yes it work...continue drive to ong kim wee, mlk raya, 3g network is fullbar..drive along mlk raya, i saw maxis 3g banner was around....so i think is confirm mlk got 3G d!!!

er...having a 1 yr++ mini, dunp wat happen, e speaker got no sound d.when call came in, onli vibrate, but no sound.....all mp3 n video oso no sound....but when i received a call, stil can hear opposite fren speaking...hw come???mini got 2 diff speaker ah???

by e way, anyone facing tis problem b4?coz my mini out of warranty d, so oso wanna check wat e price if send to O2 service centre....thx
