Superbike Accident (Insurance)

Hi all,

on last Friday, i had an accident when i was riding my motorcycle suzuki gsxr

this fella illegally parked at the road side, open his door without looking, i end up flying.

now police report made and police already summon him.

Insurance
I called my insurance, they say cant do Knock for Knock claim for motor vs car.

My option is

Claim own insurance

or

Claim 3rd party insurance - they mention i can pay first for the damages, but the shop that gives the quotation needs to hire adjuster, i will need to bear the cost first later claim back 3rd party (it will be faster)

Im planning to claim 3rd party becoz im not at fault at all. Should i claim my insurance or do the 3rd party.

U guys got any experience like this? or which shop i can send my bike to do this kind of claim.

now i waiting shop give quotation then adjuster come see. <<<once adjuster come i need to pay.

Accident at PJ

got in an accident, i was riding my bike , suddenly this car swerve too left which i need to avoid, end up hitting car on my left.....

Scratch and minor dent on the car.

Anyone know where shud i make report?

The car say better settle without report, say get quote first. But i doubt its cheap.

Any advise?
