Resigning Employee issue

Hey guys, need some of your input here. Is it legal as an employee refuse to work on any given task while serving notice?

also
- no communication made within the team by informing what's going on, just hide somewhere watching youtube and chatting on whatsapp
- not taking any action on work given and complete them at a given period
- not doing hand over of work related items / documents.

the employee also request to stay at the company as long as possible until he found a job, but based on the agreement, we can only give him 45 days, but we had extend it up to 55 days for him.

VB Script with RunAs to Apply Reg Add function

Hi there, currently i am trying to write a simple .vbs script to apply new registry under ActiveSync with using the RunAs function. But with the script below, it seem like not working at all, and what happen is it actually go and open the file which it's highlighted only instead of apply & add in new registry on the selected location

Skin issue on foot

Hi there, recently am having skin issue, which is located on my foot and between the toes.
it seem to be very dry recently, and today i got accidentally peel off part of the skin and i notice there's some liquid came out.

any solution to cure it? it's been quite some times already, and clinic just give me some anti-fungus tablet and cream to apply with only but still doesn't cure at all.

Windows Server 2008 System Root name

Just wondering, is it possible for it to change the system root name from C:\Windows to any other name for example like C:\WIN / C:\WNT / C:\W2k8

as i know windows server 2003 can easily do it by dell's system build disk

Win Server 2003 Check Disk for Consistency

Hey guys, am having a problem with the Windows Server 2003 (be it 2003 only or 2003 R2)
Before i write down the issue am encounter, am actually setting up 2 server which is 1 running on Windows Server 2003 and another 1 with Windows Server 2003 R2 (Both are PowerEdge R900), both of them connect to a same Storage Server which is PowerVault MD3000 with 3 set of raid which is hdd ID> 0 & 1 as Raid 1 ; 2 & 3 as Raid 1 ; and 4, 5 & 6 as Raid 5, 14 as Hotspare, and both of the server actually connect to this and using the same drive which is actually sharing all the same setting la

Now am having problem like it's keep on running Check Disk for Consistency / Disk Consistency Check in between disk G, M, K, L, Q, R, H, J drive; sometimes it check on 1 drive, sometimes it check several drives , it just like randomly check any drive each drive when it reboot or sometimes it just dun check at all(that's what i hope)
Also, all the hdd are brand new and we've checked it doesn't have any bad sector/dirty/improper shutdown

for those who not sure which disk consistency check i mean, it is the example :

so after several times of testing it, i decided to remove all the virtual disk and it's setting and re-created and mapped it again... but the same problem still come back, it still running the Check Disk for Consistency / Disk Consistency Check intermittently.

and i've try to convert the disk from basic to dynamic aswell, it still not resolve the issue, eventhou that drive been check b4, but after few times of restart it still go and check back that drive again

Any expert know anyway to resolve it?

ok, am fresh grad student from Inti College with B.Sc(Hons) in Comp. Science (2nd lower class)
not that kind of expert in programming, just an intermediate user for ASP.Net, VB.Net, VB, MS SQL... C++, Java still on beginner level (or maybe better a lil' bit)

got B from my FYP with a human resource software which is Staff Appraisal System(which actually just the purpose of storing data and generate reports for individual)

working experience? been work in starhill's boutique shop b4 for part timer and work for game marshal @ Electronic Sport World Cup event.

and my english not that kind of good, just so so, can talk and write, i give myself 4.5/10 for it

what kind of job or company do u think that i'm suitable in? =\
technical support?
customer support?
programmer?
or any other?

just too boring and nbtd plus desperate for a job which can help me to pay my car loan and so so life style =\
