There's thousand different sites that are giving free web building tutorials, but those are in english. The tutorials are now available in Bahasa (although about 99% are bahasa) at tutor-real.net, perhaps it would help the community to easily understand of the web building process.

I'm looking for a house to buy for for own stay perhaps for a long term.
but as many,im also looking for the one that worth buying and value for every single cent i pay.
i've been looking on several props website and found affordabale props but most of 'em are auctioned unit or tagged with quite bad condition.

REVIEW OF PROPERTY LISTED BELOW IS MY PERSONAL OPINION AND I DID NOT OR INTENDED TO CONDEMNING.
do correct me if i'm wrong.

i've been viewing/doing research of some props before but x interested of its condition:
1.suria kinrara,Puchong-i't new and affordable.the layout might be quite small for a family.many shoplots running various bussiness down the floor made easy for residence.
went there b4 and at 1st sight, i only see niggas.the viewing appointment then canceled tho i'm already there that time.

2.vista lavender,Puchong-jus opposite suria kinrara.1st thing came to my mind:it could be nigga territory as well.

3.Pelangi indah,Jln Ipoh-its a freehold condo lacated in the heart of the city.at 1st sight:it's a horror place.pedestrian walk-in from main entrance have to walk thru the car park bay area before reaching to super narrow lifts area.the good thing is,it's now have cctv.the swimming pool area where playground,Gym,multi purposed hall and cafe's located also looks so poor.

4.venice hill,9th Mile Cheras-very3 cheap for a huge space freehold condo with cool and breezy environment!but i'd notice various issues:niggas,water consumption,electrical supply,sexual assault,certificate,JMB,hillslope..bla3.VH residence are welcome to update the current status of this lovely place as i am still keep tracking for a property here.

Is it the price so low becoz of niggas or the lower price make niggas occupied?

i have no times to look for others tho i'm intended to look for serdang skyvillas.tired of searching maybe.

so,if there of u guys wanna sell ur props or u know sumwhere can get cheap apartmant/service residence/condo then keep me updated.prefer hi-rise in kl outskirt area like cheras,sungai besi,desa petaling,serdang perdana,puchong etc.freehold are much2 prefered.

if u r an agent,then u already have a customer here..errr,pls take note that my budget is within RM150k ONLY

Dear sifu(s),

I wanna buy a completed house for own staya.the seller/agent ask for 3% booking fee to be paid upfront and the rest of
remaining deposit amount to be settled within 14days upon the signing of S&P.But i dont plan to use my saving for this purposed,perhaps,saving for post-sale purposed (Legal fees,furnishing etc.)

1.can i withdraw from EPF to settle the remaining depo amount?
2.How long does it take to withdraw from my EPF's 2nd acc?
3.do i have to submit housing loan approval to get my EPF money withdrawed or
juz enuf to submit S&P only?
