Travel Recommends - Overseas Router Rental

Rented the WiFi router from Travel Recommends twice and both times the experience was horrible.
Not only that the connection was bad, we were not even able to load Google Maps.
Their Whatsapp tech support was useless and stopped replying our messages after they didn't mange to fix our connection problem.
Especially when we were around tourism spots in the cities, even public WiFi was faster than the router.
Also, their hotline is forever engaged / busy / no one picks up.
When we asked for refund, we only gotten a reply after almost a month and was only given partial refund without any explanation.
So to all my wise friends out there, think twice before you rent your WiFi router from this company.

P/s: Wanted to leave a review on their Facebook Page but realized they disabled the function, heh I suppose I know why.

after updating my AVG Free Edition
it seems like most files that i downloaded from internet, contains trojan.
for example like...torrent file....setup file...and all those..
anyone can give some suggestion on it ?
is AVG too sensitive or i should change some other antivirus program ?

and now i cant reli right click save as pictures or files
*using firefox
and wad i meant was...after clicking save picture as..
and the box thinggy came out, choose the file path and type file name, click ok.
nth happened. no file was saved.
is it something to do with my download manager or sth ?
