Calf muscle pain, need help

I recently went to the gym and i think i pushed myself too hard, I didnt notice any pain or difference until the next day when both my calf muscles have this really sharp pain when I try to walk or stand up. I can basically limp on my left leg but my right leg has to be tip toed when i walk, i cant have it flat otherwise my calf muscle gets this sharp pain.

It's been like 5 days and still hurts like hell, can some one tell me what exactly happened? There's no bruising or any coloring on my leg. Should i see a doctor? which specialists?

Road Rage Indicident

My mum parked her car at the office, and an office colleague threw a rock onto the back windscreen because he couldn't get out of the carpark. The office carpark is very small and is overcrowded but the staff already know that their suppose to contact the reception or security guard so they can call the person to move the car as its a norm in the office. After he threw the rock, this ******* also left his HP number there, and my mum contacted him, his explanation was that he loss his temper because he couldn't drive out for lunch from the office and that he's going to pay for all the damages, the office management has suspended him and are going to cut his pay and reimburse us for the damage if he refuses to pay.

I've got a few questions.
I was wondering whether i can make a police report after 24 hours for incidents like this because i'd rather he pay for the damages then to go through insurance? damages cost around rm2000.
is this criminal charge or road rage or accident, what kind of case is this filed under?
how badly will he get screwed if this is reported or will he just bribe the police?
btw hes also a young lawyer, will he get suspended from bar council if reported?

also the office management said they'll reimburse the damages by docking his pay. How does this work? is it based on company policy? I dont want to release the office name, but ill say that its an international organisation, non government, non profit.

Mic Port

Hi, the mic port(pink) on the front and back of my cpu is spoilt but the sound port(green) is still working. If i wanna fix it,do i have to change my mobo or wut? Is there anyway i can buy a usb with both the ports cos im kinda of lazy to send it to the shop.
If there is a usb sound port, how much would it cost? agak-agak?

Also if i plan to take the CIMP at Sunway, for the March intake, will the course be express intake???

BTW, whats an express intake like anyway??? very stressful???

If im taking Foundation in Arts @ Help Col/Uni and starting during the march intake? Is it true i have to work twice as hard to catch up with the January students?

torrent program

Hi !

I was using the torrent program Toutu and it was working alright for the past few months until 2 days ago it just keeps crashing after 15 - 30 minutes.

I uninstalled it and reinstalled but still it kept crashing.

I scanned my pc for viruses, spyware and defraged it but no difference.

So i decided to change to Deluge but I am still having the same problem, it keeps crashing.

Any ideas???

Prevent shutdown

hey is there anyway i can prevent someone from restarting or offing my comp. Ive already removed the shutdown button but the b**** keeps offing the main switch and turning it back on again. I know in bios theres a way i can make it turn on at a certain time but is there anyway i can keep it on forever?
