I'm looking for cat grooming class, but I tried googled and I found mostly grooming class for dog...

Is there any cat grooming class in KL?

As title… I got a friend… bought a total lost car and now the car got a lot issues… sometimes the car can't even off the engine…

What can she do? Pusat Khidmat Aduan Pengguna Nasional ( NCCC) also advise this case only can go to high court… because the amount is more than RM25k…

So… Take legal action only?

I saw the news from paultan, which the kia Picanto get facelift with new 1.0l turbocharged engine in South Korea.

Will it come to Malaysia? Any1 got more info about it?

1) Minor styling changes
2) +1 more driver knee air bag, total 7 air bag
3) available cruise control (said to be the first for the segment)
4) footwell lights
5) a revised SD card-based navigation system

New 1.0l turbocharged engine:
1) 106 PS at 6,000 rpm and 137 Nm from 1,600-3,500 rpm
2) fuel consumption of 14.0 km per litre
3) CVT is fitted

i got a friend who is going to expand his business (digi center)
so any1 got any SUGGESTION??? for RENT

any places also CAN!! (KL, PJ and Shah Alam)

prefer
-ground floor
-beside busy road (most important!)
-prefer partly furnished/unfurnished (fully furnished still can consider)
-inside shopping mall also can (prefer retail shop inside)

dislike
-new launch or pre-launch project

budget is not the problem (serious tenant, i follow him to few places d)

i-zen kiara 1 (condo in mont kiara),

493sf, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom,
fully furnished and 1 carpark.

rent for RM2800 per month is reasonable price o not??????
