What can i do?

boynextdoor — Sun, 12 Aug 2012 01:03:58 +0800

Forumer you are complaining against: ks1234

Item being sold/bought: blackberry 9700 housing

Original thread link: http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=2154499&hl=

Date of transaction: 9/8/2012

Details of the complaint : Everything seems to be fine, except when I receive the parcel on 11/8/2012 of the bb housing the outer layer of the housing had a huge crack, could be sellers fault or poslaju's fault, anyhow, I contacted the seller and told him about it, I gave him the benefit of doubt that it could be poslaju's fault. However, I said every other part of the housing is good only the outer part and asked if he could get it replaced for me. He seem nice, apologizing and all that his supplier will not exchange for him or gave any warranty and told me to buy spare parts. Time wasted and money as well. What should I do? Im not saying he is a bad seller but don't customers have rights? I paid rm70 for this. Oh yea, He forgotten to give me a free screen protector as it was on promotion. No grudge against seller, he seems punctual on his deliveries and replies and reasonable. Just that the after sales service is pretty messed up if no replacement could be made. Im not really willing to use something broken, defeats the purpose of buying it anyhow. Please assist me :/

Oh, i dont mind paying the postage, actually everything else is nice, except that part of the housing only. Yea im guessing its poslaju's fault also since the box is abit crushed. How long will it take? cause if you can just replace for me the out part of the housing then its fine with me already
