Job Responsibility
1) This position is part of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in our company. The role will be to deliver critical day to day tasks for assigned clients within the end-to-end Payroll and Benefits process and the work to do will be essential to ensure the successful provision of these services to our clients.

2) The responsibilities will include:
- Performing daily sustaining administration duties across all Payroll and Benefits processes within established target timeline.
- Interacting with client for Payroll and Benefits to ensure quality and customer satisfaction targets are met.
- Understanding and maintaining specific content knowledge for legal and tax requirements in order to keep customer legal and in control
- Managing client's queries to resolution within established target timeline
- Work together with product development team in order to support complex issue resolution, program changes and new program implementation
- Ensure adherence to all Document Retention, Reporting and Audit requirements

Job Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/A-Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
-Proficient with MS Office and keen in learning HRIS.
-Possess excellent spoken and written English with high initiatives and positive attitude.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in handling payroll.
-Full-Time position(s) available.
-Exposure of payroll processing, Malaysia Labour Industrial Law prevailing HR Practices and Legislation, Tax Law and statutory regulation in Malaysia.
-Good analytical, attention to detail, problem solving skills, very high ethical and integrity standard.
-Able to work as well as team activity, document in a concise manner.

My maxis plan was 1GB MaxisGo. Then sudden is see my maxis plane changed to 3GB MaxisGO + 2GB Monthly TVNow. I checked the maxis website and it did not show anything about 3GB MaxisGo

Can somebody explain to me:

1) Will i paying the same amount like last timer /per month ?

2)how do i unsubscribe the iflix (TVnow) ? I accidentally click some message and i got an iMessage stated "Your Subscription iFlix trial access is now active. Your subscription will be auto-renewed after 30days at RM10/mth.

Pbebank forgot password

I key in few times wrong password in pbebank online. And it deactivate my account. So i went to the atm machine to change my password.

I chooses the "pbebank password change". And it prompt me enter the 6 digit number. I enter the 6 digit number. After that, the atm print me the resit.

My question is the 6 digit number that i entered, is the password that i need to enter in my pbebank oline account password? I afraid later deactivate again - i lazy to go the bank again. And can key in the password straight away or i have to wait for a few days to wait for the account to be opened?

need some assistance. I am currently learning vb.net with sql.

I have two textboxes (txtValue and txtText) , a dropdownlist (ddl1) and save button (btnAdd).
I insert value to txtValue and txtText (eg: txtValue: A and txtText: Apple).
when i click button Add, The value will display in dropdownlist (like this; A - Apple) and both data will be save in the sqlserver (db).

im having issue where when i click button Add, the data is not display in the dropdownlist. But when i refresh my browser, the data will display in dropdownlist.

Hyperlink gridview to another gridview

Any simple example for:
When i click link in Table 1 and it will display to Table 2 (both tables is on the same page. And table 2 is hidden)? Both tables have different data but both link based on Staff_ID.

Couldn't find any example for this in the internet.

Collect Package From PPL

Been waiting 2 days for the package to arrive but no news. Only outdated tracking details. I called the branch but nobody is picking up the phone. I Plan to collect it tomorrow morning- so is it possible even though they did not call me to collect? And what should i show them to collect my package?

I entered 3 wrong password in my PB online and its deactivated until i request a new pass from Public bank. I just went to the nearest Bank to request a new pass from them and the staff gave me a private slip, which contain the new user and pass.
I went straight home to enter the ID and Pass. Unfortunately it gave me an error "Authentication Failed". I read the instruction carefully but no lucky. Anyone know what are the reason? Is it i have to login it tomorrow?

Last year, Public Bank send me a letter, stating that my account will be closed because my saving are empty. So right now i decide to re-open my old account - is it possible? Are there any penalty? Or i have to register a new account.

I'm fresh grad and currently looking for a job. So i looked in Jobstreet sites. I picked a few jobs that i'm interested/that is related to my degree. But the problem that i had is the required skills. For example, required skills: html, css and PhP. I have learned Html and Css but not PhP. Should i attempt to apply the Job?

I am planning to sell my old stuffs on Lowyat forum. But i have never done it before. So i would like to get an advice from people who have experience on selling their old items on Lowyat and etc.

The things i am about to sell are my anime, manga and PC games. I Bought my stuff from Malaysia (Sg Wang), Singapore and Australia (i bought all of my items very long time ago.). i Did some search in Lowyat Forum and i found out that some seller who sold their anime, they sold it pretty low - like RM15 below. So i'm not sure how much should i sell or what are the suitable/right price should i put.
My question are:

1) If the items are in good condition, How much should i sell it? (example :anime Fruit Backet RM39.90)
2) If the DVD have some starches (if u see top of the dvd, there are no starches- but if you see side ways, there are some lines) / the box are in bad shape - how much should i sell it? (example :anime Fruit Backet RM39.90)
3) If the item i bought from oversea , how much should i sell it? (example: i bought a manga "Mahou Sensei Negima" for sg$7.90)
4) And if a whole complete manga (oversea), How much should i sell?

*The reason my selling my items :
- No space on my shelf. so need to do some cleaning.
- making extra bucks wont hurt.

Expired Driving licence

Just realized that my driving licence already expired (Jan 2011). Is there any penalty to re-new my driving licence? and do i have to re-do all the driving test?
