To all tech sifus, need your halp and opinion here. As the topic stated, i have this modem. (info in the spoiler)

Problem 1:
Recently, i have been seeing this problem; my modem will hang kei by itself after 12 hours or so. The ethernet LED will be off and no more activity. Have to off and on back the modem to resume operation.

Problem 2:
Everytime I got a 218.x.x.x address. My connection will be booted after more than 12 hours of activity also. The ADSL led will blink blink like it is looking for new conenction

Problem 3:
Modem will hang kei... (all LED lighted and nothing moves). Have to off and on back modem to resume operations.

What's goin on? Did I got hacked? Is there anything wrong with my modem?

Spyware? malware? Cant be...Spybot and Adaware runs everyday at nite, BY ME!

Need some brain storming now in this matter. I have also tried reseting my modem too.. Still the same.
