Dividend to Director

Dear all Si fu,

My company just incorporate during this year 2015 and I am a consultancy company whereby all my salary will get into my company as sales.

I would like to withdraw my money out in the form of dividend.

And the question is can I withdraw my money as dividend from current year profit or I have to get it from retained earning? Means I only able to get my 2015 dividend in the year 2016? and 2016 dividend in the year 2017?

Cz there will be lot of sales incur in year 2016 and I have to wait till 2017 in order to get my dividend from retained earning? or i can get it as dividend quarterly from my profit throughout year 2016 ?

Greeting all, any SHARP user around? Would need your urgent opinion here . Saw a few products of SHARP today, and I'm quite satisfy with their pricing, but I'm not really a fan of SHARP before this, what I know are always SONY, SAMSUNG, PANASONIC etc. So I would appreciate if you can share your experience with me, I will have to decide tomorrow since it is only available in fair.

Most importantly is actually the TV, haha. That guy offered me 3k for 50 inch smart 860 series, anyone bought it before? How was it? Mind to share?

Agent asking for 5k non refundable booking fee

Guys, recently I found a unit that is selling slightly lower than market price, for my opinion, that is really a great deal if I buy it. However, this agent (not sure is agent or agency's practice) told me that I will need to pay a 5k booking cheque and the name should be under the owner, and the worst part is that it is not refundable. And that agent also shown me the booking form he signed with other purchaser to prove that this is their normal practice.

So my question is, I know this is not a common practice, but does this been practiced in some agency? If this is not the only agency that practice this kind of thing, then I think it is safe for me to place the booking.

The property I wanted to buy is in Puchong area and this is J agency located in Puchong area.

COMPANY TAX

Hi all, my company just purchase a property and we had paid 80k of commission fees to the property agent and 40k of lawyer fees. Hence, i would like to ask, is the commission to property agent are allowable? means izzit the tax agent wont add back during tax comp? As i know, legal fees is not deductible hence it will add back to my income during tax comp.

However, i'm not sure regarding the property agent commission .... i need help urgently....thanks a lot.....

Hi all, i had received an offer on last week from a company A and i had rejected it cz i had received better offer from company B as compared to the company A. I had start my new job on this week and i realize that there are many aunties and politic issue in the company B and i feel i cant handle it well... Now I think of calling back to company A and ask whether they can accept me again or not... haih... can u all give me some suggestion? should i just stick with this new company and tahan to those aunties or just call to company A ? at first i was really like company A, but they don hv good benefits as compare to B hence i had sacrifice it... now i got bit regret on it... what should i do? thanks all...

KPMG or Investment Banking

Hi guys... i'm in dilemma whether to choose the job as audit associate in KPMG or as finance executive in a investment banking. I know that KPMG will give me a better future and i'm not sure abt investment banking, anyone can give me any opinion on it? and I'm a degree holder of accounting and i haven plan to take any professional cert by now, hence if i work in KPMG, izzit hard for me to promote to senior level since i don hv any ACCA or CPA cert? thanks~~~

IBM or ECM Libra

Hey guys, i have the dilemma in choosing either IBM or ECM Libra. The post for IBM is accounting analyst and for ECM it is accounting executive. I am not sure which one should i choose in term to have better future?
I had been told that the job scope for IBM is quite narrow and i maybe only doing AP for my job scope. is that true?
izzit i will learn more thing in ECM Libra? by the way, the parking fees in ECM is quite expensive hence is there any ppl working there now? can u tell me izzit the company will give me season pass or i need to pay the parking fees by myself?
