regarding contract agreement X law

Hi all,

I have a doubt here: (I have a half year contract agreement commence December 2017 until June 2018 with Company A; However, because Company A want to save cost, they wish to early terminate the contract, ending April 2018)

Scenario:
There is a clause 'RESTRAINT' in the contract, stated:
The contractor will not at any time during the currency of this Agreement for 12 months after its termination solicits work, interfere with or endeavor to entice away from Company A Clients/Employees.

If I received a job offer from Company A's client:
1. Am I allowed to accept the job offer? (because Company wish to early terminate the contract)
2. If I am not allowed to accept the job offer, how would I know how many clients they have?

Can anyone provide legal advice on this restriction?
