Hi everyone need some advice on how to proceed with my situation

I am currently in a q list for a housing development project and have paid off a booking deposit of 1k at the end of September at their office.

Until today after 2 months I still dont have the final say of whether I am getting the unit. Apparently the other applicants of about 20 who got a unit have yet to receive confirmation on their loan.

Do loan application usually take this long? Or is there other possible reason why?

FYI, the agent is trying to push another development project which is out of my preferred range to me.

Gainward gtx 660 one fan not spinning

Hi everyone need advice on what to do with my situation,
yesterday ive been experiencing constant freezing while playing games
and i also noticed a loud sound coming from my pc

turns out my gtx660 only has one fan spininng and the other one which is the closest to the chipset is not spinning.
i suspect the loud sound was the one fan spinning on its own trying keep the temperature low

i noticed that the fan spins for 1 second when i hit the on switch but then nothing else after that

any suggestion on what i should do will be appreciated
