I just want to seek for all the BIG BIG esteem advice or experience. How to deal with this.

My good cousin just took his Klang or Jejarom Taman Dato Hormat Landed house key since Jun 2025 by a small developer company.

Issues facing are:
1. Project delayed (supposed to be VP Q4 2024)
2. VP without CF
3. Teduh website show "Sakit" and progress 97.5%
4. Defect fail to resolve within 30 days.
5. Leakage from facade everywhere.

I am planning to help him go for Tribunal KPKT. Anyone would spare some time give me some advices?

BTW, Any other owner here?

Hai lowyat friends , i would like to share my experience about W8901g from the past 2 weeks. (Good news for Tp link w8901g modem owner)

2 weeks ago, i bought myself a new and also the cheapest (among the shop in melaka MMU) wifi modem to replace my old (thunder shocked) tm modem...

After i setup everything well. The internet speed is running great enough with cable.

But then my housemate complaint that the wireless connection is not always in 5 full signal bar (4 bar only even laptop was just beside the modem). And the internet speed is terrible with wifi connection. I found it true too
So, i started my research to fix the modem...

I survey around the lowyat forum... Some said "channel interference" ...etc
I google the solution of the poor wifi connection
And i even upgrade the firmware of the modem

But all i did was Useless!!!

Thus, I try to get use to it but then i found this sudden... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_WLAN_channels

Inside the link, 802.11b diagram show no intersection between the channels, and then i recall the "Channel Interference"

So, i try to disable the Lan port and change the wireless mode to 802.11b only (not 802.11g/b+g)

Below : My setting

At the END, my wireless connection is always 5 signal bar with great internet speed!!! ( I cant believe it !!!, and i am over excited now... That is why i post it up here!!!!)

So far, i never try to enable back the Lan ports but you can try it yourself (post here if it work )

I hope you got the solution if you are having the same modem with the same problem as me
Or you might try it on other different brand/model modem as well. Thank you

Can you guys show me the way or the bicycle shop name around Puchong, and Subang which selling this kind of tube? I need it desperately
