Vortex is a multi-platform cloud gaming service.Think of Netflix, but for games. You just connect to the library of PC games that you can play on almost any kind of Internet-connected device, anywhere you go.

OK, IT LOOKS SO GOOD, BUT THERE HAVE TO BE SOME DISADVANTAGES, ARE THERE ANY?

Sure thing, we will be very honest with you!
In fact, there is only one disadvantage of streaming platforms. Cloud gaming is not suitable for professional and high-level competitive plays. There would always be slightly larger pings and lags while playing in the cloud. It’s because data need to travel to a particular game server and to Vortex nearest server at the same time and, then to you. It’s a bit longer way than usual. Vortex works perfectly for most of the games and for every single-player game. For the pro level of contest, it could be too much.

HOW DOES VORTEX WORK?

A game you play is streamed from our powerful servers straight to you. It’s not emulated or installed on your device - so you are free from downloading, installing and updating the game yourself. We take care of everything for you.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF USING VORTEX?

Vortex subscription gives you 100 hours of playtime every month. Some of the games offered in our library need to be owned on Steam. After connecting your Steam account to Vortex, you are able to play without any worries about upgrading your gaming hardware. Cloud gaming delivers all the processing power that allows you to play games.

WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?

You pay for access to our powerful machines where you can play games from our library in the cloud.

Vortex subscription includes:
31 days of access to our entire library of games (Subscription is renewed automatically after that time. An exception: Payment via Windows Store, needs to be renewed manually)
Please bear in mind that some of the games are not included in the subscription and you must own them in your Steam account. Vortex allows you to play them on our gaming machines without waiting for download or installation.
100 hours of gameplay. If you run out of your playtime hours please, don't worry. Just contact our Support and they will gladly help you out! Statistically, playing time we offer is largely sufficient for our users. So keep calm - there is hardly any chance you will run out of hours.

WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR VORTEX?

Internet connection requirements

We recommend that you have at least 10Mbps Internet connection (use LAN for the best experience).

Make sure your bandwidth is not overloaded by other applications. For the best performance close additional tabs in your browser and programs that may affect your Internet connection (like YouTube, Facebook etc.)

System requirements

For all devices with Android: You must use Android 4.4 or later

For Windows: You must use Windows 7,8,10 64-bit

For browser: You must use Google Chrome V58 or later on any operating system

For macOS: You must use Version 10.13 or later

For Microsoft Store app: You must use Windows 10 OS

cant install alienware tactx keyboard software

I got an alienware tactx keyboard for my desktop (not alienware pc)... When i first install the keyboard and the software, everything run smoothly without any error or problem, but lately, there are some error with the alienfx software, i cannot add more application for the effect. So, i uninstall it and try to reinstalling it back. But the software just cannot be install, this is what it show if i'm install the application

install using the setup.exe file:

even after restarting the pc, i'm still cannot install the application. So, right now i'm stuck with the default white backlighting. I found an article that say u have to cleanly uninstall the application by open an hidden folder in appdata and programdata. I have try this, but still cannot install. I have downloaded all kind of file version and some are for dell pc only, since mine is self assemble, so i cannot use the software.
