Hi. I recently bought a Lenovo legion 5 pro with RTX3070 graphics. Looking to use it for some gaming, editing photos/videos and as a supporting work laptop for my wife. Looking to get a external monitor as sometime working with a laptop at home is tiresome with the small screen and an extra screen really helps in terms of productivity.

I don't really know what to get as a long term purchase as I don't plan to upgrade or change setups anytime within the next 3 years.

So between a 1080p monitor or 1440p monitor (preferably with a high refresh rate of over 120hz for good gaming experience) which do I go for? And which aspect ratio will be best? Am leaning towards a 32" WQHD but my mind is not set yet.

I am currently residing in Bangkok and have a budget of about 15,000THB or ~2000MYR.

Anybody has any experience buying a laptop from any big brands (DELL, Lenovo, HP & etc.) official website? After completing all steps (checkout, completing delivery details and paying) , will they email the invoice to you or will they only attach the invoice when the send out the laptop?

Headphone for work/entertainment

Hi guys. With the lockdown and working from home being the new norm, I am looking to buy a pair of headphones for work and a little entertainment for my wife. She have some conference calls every now and then and has been using my XM3's but the mic isn't really that good. Can somebody suggest a pair that has a good mic and decent sound quality? My budget is RM500.

2019 Stamp Duty Waiver for first house

Hi guys,

My younger brother is buying his first house, a sub-sale. His lawyer is asking for payment of stamp duty charges. I thought for this year, all stamp duty charges were waived by the government? Can somebody help clarify this.

Late payment charges

Hi everyone, I recently got a letter from the developer saying that the house that I bought is now ready for VP. Also stated in that letter is the amount that I need to pay before moving in (water deposit, fire insurance, quit rent and etc.). They also included amount for Total Interest Outstanding To-Date (called the developer and they explained that this is basically late payment charges which is charged based on the amount of progress payment claimed from the bank). I was quite shocked when I saw the amount and it was charged to me.

Can anybody offer any advice regarding this?

Does the developer have the right to do this? The payment claim process is between them, the legal firm and the bank.

From what I see, I only need to pay for the loan to the bank and nothing else (except for the water deposit, fire insurance and etc) and I have been paying my loan on time every single month.

Your help is much appreciated.

Hi guys,
Am planning to change the screen for my Galaxy S7 Edge as it's cracked and part of the screen is having some dead pixels (touch still functioning). How much does it cost for a screen replacement and is there a shop that can do the replacement and retain the phone's water resistant properties?

Am not planning to change to a new phone just yet, so trying to save this phone if possible.
