Will the newly revived expressway project called Lebuhraya Nilai-Labu-Enstek (NLE) serves as a catalyst for development for towns close to this highway? Towns such as Sepang, Labu, Nilai, Batang Benar, Pajam, Mantin, Lenggeng.

According to media report, the project to build a new express highway from Nilai - Labu to Bandar Enstek and further extension to KLIA, is expected to be fully completed in July 2026.

We have just heard about Nilai is the second stop on ECRL route in Negeri Sembilan.
Now, back to the topic, Kuala Lumpur–Singapore high-speed rail (HSR).

Feng Shui East-Facing Rectangle House

Can anyone suggest a good house design optimized (Feng Shui compliant) for the following:-

It is to be designed and built on a rectangle land which is on a middle section of a hill, gradually slopping from the West towards the East.

This rectangle land is currently an empty land with the long side facing East, and so, perhaps, the near future single-storey house would also be rectangle.

How would an ideal feng shui compliant house look like? Any suggestion based on feng shui compliance is appreciated.
The single-storey house would have a family-guest hall, a dining hall, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a kitchen, a washing basin at dining hall. And also where should the main (entrance) door and back door be located? Where would the ideal locations of the said rooms and halls?

This is regarding Malaysia broad bandwidth and price issue.
It has been said that Internet Service Providers fall short from their promises to deliver.
What 's your opinion on this topic?
