Does anyone knows how the drinks ordering system works in food courts? I always see the waiter upon collecting the drinks, they will move over to the counter and show their card and then pay the amount. Then, only they will send the drinks to our table and then collect money from us. Is it they receive some commission or something like that?

Ensure cleanliness? Then Mr Minister, you might have to consider closing down all pasar malam, pasar Ramadhan and etc etc etc. Think from all angles before coming out with all sorts of silly statements. If you want to ensure cleanliness at the soup kitchens, perhaps you can just ask them to meet up for a meeting at your comfortable meeting rooms rather telling it to the entire world...

KUALA LUMPUR: Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor has defended a move to ban soup kitchens in the city centre, saying that it was only intended to ensure the capital’s cleanliness.

In a post on his Facebook account tonight, Tengku Adnan said the decision was not meant to dismiss the charitable work of those who chose to help the homeless and im poverished.

“I have read the angry statements thrown at me and I want to say that that was not my intention.

“My intention is to clean the city. For that, I am ready to listen and make amends to whatever is needed,” he said.

In another post, Tengku Adnan said the ministry’s reports had found that many beggars in the city were not Malaysian citizens.

“We are not stopping anyone from donating (to the poor), we are only asking them to do so through appropriate means (instead of on the streets).”]

robbery in futsal court

went futsal yesterday in ss19...was informed by the court management to be careful. seems that on wednesday, got 4 guys wearing helmet with parang came and robbed all the players there..took away all valuables...luckily nobody was harmed..

damn..even going sport will be robbed..what the hell with our national security? yet those in power said everything is ok, no worries... sigh..
