TV Table Mount?

Hi guys, settled,on upgrading to a new TV (60’ Sharp LC60UA6800X) but the default table mounts provided are in two pieces and will support the Tv near the edge vs via a central column. Unfortunately, my current TV cabinet isnt long enough for the mounts because of this design (short by 4 inches). Any sifu have any ideas on how to get around this? I have seen some OEM mounts that use the wall mount slots but connect into a table mount, are these reliable?

Induction Vs Gas Cooker

My induction cooker ( quite nice one, it was in the house from the former owner), is suddenly giving me problems. I checked with the Fagor service centre, and repair would cost me around 1K. Any ideas whether this is worth it?

Bear in mind, I probably won't be able to buy such a 'nice' induction cooker, within my budget, maybe have to switch to a gas cooker. If it's a gas cooker, any good brands out there ( I know there's a discussion topic out, but can't find it!!), and recommended place to get them in the PJ/KL area? Thanks!

Hi guys,

Doing some house reno atm, and have been given an option to create a network point from downstairs, where the router is, to the hall upstairs. I'm trying to be cheapo and save money lah, so not sure if I just use Homeplugs ( there should be 3 phase wiring, but some TP-Link ones supposedly can be used on 3 phase already), I'll get a reasonable performance from online gaming/PS4 Spotify/IPTV?

Any gurus out there can help?

LED Downlights

Hi Sifus,

From what I read on this forum, those quality/branded lights are preferred over cheap(er) ones for LED lights due to lastability and brightness over the lifetime of the bulb. Any idea where to get good LED downlights at a bulk discount ( 30-40 lights) and how much it will be? Are IKEA LED Lights considered of good
quality?

TQ!

Unifi30Mbps and Gaming

Hi,

I'm currently frustrated at the shitty latency that I get ( on the crappo DR 615) on my Unifi VIP5 when I'm trying to play Diablo 3 or Heroes of the Storm, but my wife and kid start surfing blogs or youtubing. Would upgrading to Unifi30mbps ( with the 5mbps upload) solve the problem of simultaneous usage of the bandwidth, or am I still going to suffer? Don't want to spend money to get shit.

Would changing the router help? Maybe one with QOS?

Thanks in advance!!!
