Windows 8 Pro New Installation - No DVD

I upgraded to Windows 8 Pro x64 from Windows 7, direct upgrade over the internet quite a while back when it was released. Unfortunately I did not make a recovery disc or backup disc during the installation process. My PC is now fried for some reason or other, and I want to install Windows 8 Pro back onto my upcoming new system, so I need a DVD!

It seems though that I cannot just download a Win 8 Pro iso from Microsoft! Can anyone recommend how to get a legit DVD? I think the DVDs that are being sold retail contain licenses, but I just need a backup cause I have my own key. Do people sell backup discs? Anyone have any ideas for my problem, other than finding a friend who is running a 64-bit system (which I am having trouble finding) and go through the trouble of downloading the upgrade assistant to make a disc?

My license is also tied to Windows 8 and not 8.1, so I have to specifically look for Win 8 Pro. Any ideas would be appreciated!!

Anyone have any thoughts on Ars' System Guide for March? I'm thinking of building it, specifically the Hot Rod system. The God Box is crazy overkill.

Don't really care about the sound myself. On-board sound is good enough for me. Hard drive and optical drive are pretty much substitutable. Thinking of replacing the C2D with a quad core though. Seems like a pretty sweet set-up, except for the eVGA which I can't seem to find around the shops here.

Unlocking weapons in LAN

I usually play B2 over LAN at cybercafes. Is there a way to unlock all the weapons? I don't have an online profile, nor do I have the original game anyways.
