Erratic Power-on behavior [solved]

My pc very difficult to switch on. Sometimes it switched on, sometimes it dont. The only way to switched it on now is if I switch on and off several time the power supply switch, then the PC will on by itself. Below are several things that I notice and troubleshoot.

1- If I pull off the power cable from the power supply, I hear humming sound from my speaker even though my PC is at Off state
2- I removed the sound card - still cant switch on
3- I removed the discreet GPU - same result
4- I shorted the power pin on Mobo - same result
5 - I did clear CMOS - same result
6- upgrade Mobo firmware from 1306 to latest 1504 - same result
7- disconnect speaker - same result

I checked the Mobo current supply vcore, GPU, etc etc - there's no power spike or irregularities

Could it be the PSU itself? Please help and advise..TQ

PSU - Seasonic 860w Platinum
Mobo - Asus sabertooth Z77
CPU - Intel SB 2600K
hardisk - 1 SSD + 3 2TB WD black
soundcard - asuss essence STX

Due to my job relocation that involves lots of travelling throughout the year, I've no choice but to sell off my recently built desktop and use the RM to buy a decent laptop. rugi lor but work comes first.

My colleague offered me RM4K, I think the offer a bit too low and I need to buy a decent laptop that can also play BF3 and MS FSX with decent frame rate plus do some light video editing.

how much roughly do you all think I can sell it with below specs? Please help me to come up with a decent estimation if I were to sell it off (complete unit)

Desktop for RM1800

Replacing my son's ancient P4 and hoping to build a PC system for him as a gift for his upcoming birthday. I dont need a display monitor, KB nor speakers but need to include Win7 pemium (oem) in the budget. The scope of usage includes some school project ( have MS office already) and some decent gaming capabilities ( such as COD, Dark Spore and Sims) so at least a Nvidia GTX 460 or maybe just AMD 6670 will do. I'm open to both intel or AMD spec. The budget is around RM1800 ---- do you guys think it's possible? TQ

Guys urgently need help.. kinda noob about xbox360. Recently bought one (2nd hand) for my kid and problem is it cant play the game I bought (original).

So I tot maybe have to do live software update and that's what I did..after it restart this message error code came out (3151-351F-B789-0401-C000-0022) Now everytime I switched it on the same error code came out.

I think I made a mistake of not checking it first whether the console is with original OS or modded one since I cant differentiate it and the seller (whom it seems did not want to answer my calls claimit's original)

1- where can send it for repair and install original OS? ( I dont want modded one) since I already bought a few original game

Please help me

For RM4K, kawan2 what can I buy to build a new pc? Most of the time is for photo editing and kadang2 main game like, COD-black ops and simulation games.

Must have 1) ori OS 64bit 2) monitor 3) 8gb ram
