I would like to know below question...

1. Is it blu-ray disk in M'sia workable in US console PS3?
2. Is it possible to buy one in US and take back to M'sia?
3. Will that get GST tax?
4. Can I hand carry back?

I had one of 24yr Toyota Corolla LE.
Just want to get some opinion from you.
I alway send my old car to work shop for 5k mileage service.
mostly i will ramdomly use the original toyota oil filter(RM17) or con-filter (RM5) and use Castrol Enjin oil(cheaper, 20-50w).
Do you think the original oil filter vs con-oil filter have very different quality problem?
Can the original oil filter use for 10k mileage and just change the Enjin oil for each 5k?

Poor day...
The Story is....8:10am about 0.8-1.6km penang bridge.
Someone hit my car (langgar belakang) in Penang bridge in this morning.
Want to say SORRY to all user in Penang bridge who use Penang bridge this morning today(about 10minute only, 8.10am, 1-Aug-08).
But not all, cause the Penang bridge today also very traffice JAM like sucks!!!...

Then she told me that asked me to make a police report after a week with some excuse...but I'm not agree as last...
coz just know that the accident report must make it during 24hr. If not, I will get a summon too for the late report...
Then asked me to told them, her car hit my car on that date....
feel not safe, reject her too....feel very sorry her toooooo
Then she told me that I'm wrong bcoz of emergency brake.... What? I didn't emergency, I just brake normal-woh!!!
Even I brake emergency, she should know that we got some kind like 2sec distance.
Then asked me make a report lately, tonight.... no choice, agree too..

Go back to Toyota Center, need to repair about RM900+ for the bumper.

I asked them to do some calculation for me....

Alliance bank - non-zero
1st - 2nd yr = BLR - 2.2%
3rd - above = BLR - 2.0%

HSBC - non-zero
1st yr = BLR - 2.3%
2nd - 5th yr = BLR - 1.8%
6th - above = BLR - 1.95%

OCBC - Zero (free legal fee; term loan with daily rest)
Whole tenure - BLR -1.9%

Here is the scenario....
Loan = RM120,000
Prepayment = RM20,000
Extra Payment/month = RM150
Tenure = 30yr

Alliance bank Calculate for me is....
1st - 2nd yr = BLR - 2.2%
3rd - above = BLR - 2.0%

1st - 2nd year = RM612
3rd - above = RM625
Account setup fee = RM200 (not returnable)
Monthly charge = RM10
Cheque book = RM7.50
Total Interest = RM39,771
Tenure = 181month

HSBC bank Calculate for me is....
1st yr = BLR - 2.3%
2nd - 5th yr = BLR - 1.8%
6th - above = BLR - 1.95%

1st yr = RM604
2nd - 5th yr = RM640
6th & above = RM630
Account setup fee = RM100 (returnable)
Monthly charge = RM10
Cheque book = RM12.50
Interest = RM51,942
Tenure = 16yr 3month

OCBC bank Calculate for me is....
OCBC - Zero (free legal fee; term loan with daily rest)
Whole tenure - BLR -1.9%

Installment = RM633.23
Account setup fee = NO
Monthly charge = NO
Cheque book = NO
Interest= RM40,400 (not accurate, because only every year end bank in RM1，800）
Tenure = 180month

Alliance ：HSBC : OCBC
Interest = RM39,771 : RM51,942 : RM40,400
Alliance 和 HSBC different between RM51,942 - RM39771 = RM12,171

The problem is when HSBC use Alliance offer to do the calculation, they are no big different...

HSBC bank use Alliance offer rate calculate for me is
1st - 2nd yr = BLR - 2.2%
3rd - above = BLR - 2.0%

1st - 2nd year = RM612
3rd - above = RM625
Interest = RM50,549
Different between RM51,942 - RM50,549 = RM1,393 only？

Why the interest is so much different?
HSBC is RM50，549 ， Alliance is RM39，771

Use same scenario
1st - 2nd yr = BLR - 2.2%
3rd - above = BLR - 2.0%
Loan = RM120,000
Prepayment = RM20,000

Hi,
Anyone of you applied Alliance bank Housing Loan?
can you share with me your pay loan statment?
i just don't understand how they do the calculation?
Exp:
Savelink fully flexi, daily interest
Loan = RM120k
Interest %= BLR - 2.2% (1-2 year), BLR - 2% (3 & above)
loan = 30yr
1st-2nd yr, Installment = RM612
3rd - above, Installment = RM625

So, I make prepayment RM20k immeadialy and montly do installment RM800 (200extra), mean RM812 and RM825...

How they calculate?
That said,

Anyone can help? I thinks only cut on that particular month interest only? or how it work?

What is the different between HSBC vs Alliance bank?
HSBC - All share in one Account (Saving, current, Home Loan), extra prepayment will reduce principal loan.
Alliance - 2 account - Current account + Home Loan account. Extra prepayment will put in current account. Principal no change although pay more but interest will decrease.
What their good and bad?

Buy House Procedure

This is first time I buy a new house....very confuse...like how to deal with the owner, load, lawyer...
Hope you all can give me some advise.

I plan to buy a house. But the owner is in S'pore.
The house owner had appointed someone citizen there as a saleman(not agent).

I had decided and confirm to that saleman that I will buy that house.
Since he is good enough and didn't asked me to pay the deposit yet until the house owner send him the house documents, Only that time he will collect money from me (2%).

Question:
1. What documents I should have from the owner?
2. Should I get the S&P between 14 working days?
3. I should find a lawyer first or bank loan first?
4. Is it safe I just pay the deposit to him? or what is the safe procedure? (pay CHECK)
5. For the downpayment, I plan to pay more than 10%, example: 20%, should I pay 20% direct to the house owner or though the lawyer? and how about 80% from the bank loan? Is that pay during we sign S&P?
6. That say I have S&P had prepared, how about the bank loan still not done yet?

Vios Problem

Tooooo sad...my vios had sent to Toyota Service Center yesterday(Jan-07, 2008, 9.30am), and they had to sent my car to CAR BODY Mechanical Autorised by Toyota to fix it. Just receive update from SC (Jan-08, 2008, 4.30pm), they still can't find the problem and still checking.....
They still cannot commit when can return my car to me.

Problem of my car is passenger front left seat can hear the noise when the car is moving. It is somekind like body noise.
Actually, I had sent my car to SC last 2 weeks ago and asked them to fix it but they can't fix it cause dunno where the noise come from. So, SC make another appointment(yesterday) with me and send my car to car body mechanical shop to help me fix it.

hope they can solve the problem ASAP and don't make my car bcome SUCK....anyone of you hv this problem?
They told me that few Avanza have this body noise as well and my vios is the first car for them....

Just received a call from my Toyota SC, tomoro will open booking for New toyota Vios 2007.
They will have 3 type of model, E, G and S.
E and G are same as our current spec.
S is sporty spec....I thinks it is most expensive compare E and G.
I will get a price from them on tomoro.

Swimming club

Just love swimming and started from last year December.....It is make me joined a swimming club member.
How well you can swim and what is the distance you can swim with non-stop?
I'm just start train my own for free-style(last week).....
but feel tired after swim 50m and need to rest for while to swim back again. Mayb my leg is not follow sequence....
For me, I can swim 50m x 20 between 20minute with non-stop only....still pratice...
but of course not freestyle....
my friend can swim 50m x 40 between 35minute with non-stop too....
so good he is....
Swimming is good sport for healthy and to loose weight...for me lost weight 5kg without control my food...
eat anything you can....hope can lost another 5kg for next few month...so that can reach 60kg....

I hate TMNUT Streamy* broadband but no other choice in BM, Penang.
It is totally like turtle speed and the service center is very reach them a call.
Any other choice in BM, Penang? It is not like in Penang Island, they can choose PENANGFON broadband with 2Mbyte speed and just need to pay for RM60 per month and don't need to pay phone line fee as well. Totally fiber optic cable and no more phone line cable. More stable.

Better than you choose in TMNUT 1Mbyte with RM77 per month and phone line RM26+. It is already more than RM100+.....don't be stupid like me.
Waiting to cancel if I can found a good broadband offer!!!!

Any suggestion in BM, Penang?

How to install or transfer games file to SE K750i? Need to infra or USB cables?
Try to trasfer game folder to my memory stick or phone memory but couldn't work?
