I hate the StarCraft I BroodWar, please tell me if I should buy the Liberty version or wait for the Heart of the Swarm or wait for the Legacy of the Void to be released? Please tell me? I just want the graphics to be good. Is the Heart of the Swarm will be more better and have more units and have a good graphics. I don&amp;#39;t care about the campaign/story. I just want the graphics and units for multi-player and single-player/custom mode. Should I wait for the Heart of the Swarm to be released?             <description>I bought 512Kbps package. I live in Kuala Lumpur. When I goto speedtest and test my download speed, it&amp;#39;s 41Kbps. But when I download a game or large files the sped is only 0Bps or 2345bps or 11Kbps.
