Dear all code master.... just wanna know what is the current price for sql database programming ....

what i need eg :

Name of item -
Catagory-
type-
location-
date of purchase
assets no.
current location
price;
infomation of that items

and some file that can be attached to that database. eg all the scan receipt,drawing 9 all the file are not save in the mysql... wil save in the pc itself.. just wanna use free storage of mysql database .. dont want toupgrade.

this database must have 3 user type that is
admin -control everything
user- can change certain criteria of that item info.
guess- view , print and seach for info only

other deatail i will tell later...

scenario..

iam trying to create a database for my company....( i am not in background of IT or Computerscience or any pc retaled)
this is not a confirm project as i need to proposed it to my boss.. but i know that we will need it) to much thing already and dont have proper inventory) since i have to controll all of that might as well i proposed a gud reliable and simple database programm to keep on track of everythindg

what i will do is , if i have a freelance progrmmer that treat programming as a fun and enjoyable things to do, create that database, will proposed to my boss and see if need any changes , and if everything went ok, that we proceed with quotation... if not ill give back the programm to you.. u can even set a trial period of that database if u dont trust me... thats why i just need a freelance programmer and need some info of the price range.. cant pay so much i guess cause if have to pay much the answer of my boss is ( better get it from reliable company....not a frelance.) and this is not goin to happen...talk only ...

as u guys know some company are willing to pay more for other company but will not pay lesser for a freelancer

if u guys can help me on determining he price range and info on programmer....i thanks u in advance...
