hi guys im having a little bit trouble with my pc at the moment,

im getting random BSOD's which says "Stop 0x00000101 A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval."

and i've checked on my event logs under windows, giving me the error of "Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power" , "event ID: 41"

the issue occurs after when i replace my motherboard,

story is that my motherboard was faulty, and i got it replaced to the exact same board, only that .. i did not clean installed a new windows 7.

Could that be the reason of the BSOD? before i changed my motherboard the system was stable.

specs are ;

shuttle xpc sh67h3
intel i5 2500
2 x 4gb ddr 1333 team elite
crucial m4 128mb ssd
western digital 160gb hdd
pioneer dvdr-w
nvidia 9600gt

i've tried flashing to the latest BIOS and reset BIOS to default, but problem still occur.

anyway i can fix this problem without reinstalling windows?

I've recently tried to update my system's BIOS but turned out to be a disaster..

I've flashed my BIOS via windows and the status given was OK after flashing but once I restart my PC, that's where it went wrong... it couldn't boot....

Is there anything I could do?

I've tried reseting my bios and even clearing it.. but it doesn't seem to work...

Btw its a shuttle XPC system..

HARDWARE: Charging through USB with your computer

Hey guys,

was just wondering if there's any settings/commands that i can set either through BIOS or OS that to charge devices WITH your computer being turned off ..

my previous Shuttle XPC (sk22g2) was able to do so, where when it's off, i was able to charge my USB wireless mouse , but i've recently upgraded my PC to another shuttle XPC (sh67h3) , but it can't do so .. so i was thinking either maybe it's the BIOS settings ..

any kind help with me great,

win7 with mobo drivers

just curious, how do i get the Vista drivers to work on win7?

i can't seem to install my mobo drivers. it'll prompt me that they can't proceed with installing it.

any ideas?

anyway, im using Via Hyperion 4-in-1 driver for vista.

dont know if this has been posted before, but i'll just shoot.

anyway, is the updating of drivers the same as XP ?

if i want to update my nvidia drivers, do i need to uninstall it on safe mode? or i can just uninstall it as per normal, and restart and load the new drivers?

Hi,

i just realise my cpu speed and multiplier is flactuating. is it suppose to be this way?

im using cpu-z to check on it, and i thought 4800+ is running @ 2.5ghz, i checked on my cpu-z, it's running at only 1ghz, but it flactuates ranging from 1ghz - 2.5ghz

kinda curious.. any help? thanks.
