Hello guys…

My name is Aida and my goal of doing dis journal is to shed off 10kgs in 6mths time… Here is my current body status:-

As at 18th November 2008:-
Height:- 168cm
Weight:- 94kg
Body fat:- 48%
BMR:- 1496kCal
BMI:- 33.1

My 1st Goal:-
Weight:- 84kg
To lose:- 10kgs
Body fat:- 25%
BMI:- 29.0
Duration:- 6mths (let say on 20th May 2009 )

Background History:-

I have always been a big-sized gal, with a large bone structure. Never experienced being thin but during my schooling days, (secondary), I am an active gal with 70kg, fitter and with a good stamina level. This is thanks to my hard taekwondo training sessions and my participation in sports like netball, handball, badminton and bowling.

Present:-

At present, I’ve just signed up to become a member of FF, whereby I am determined to lose some fats and to tone up my body as well as increase back my stamina level. I will go to gym at least 3 times a week. On Fridays, I would normally do swimming or I would be bowling.

I appreciate all the advice, tips, and comments given by all. I am determined to lose the fats. As mentioned by my dad, it’s like having an adult-sized-goat on me… Do hoped I could achieve it this time as I know weight lose can be difficult and time consuming. I would love to be able to feel good and look good in my years to come...

Hello gals... I'm having trouble figuring what to wear for the upcoming Annual Dinner which is gonna be held in the 1st week of December... The Annual Dinner is organized by my Womens Bowlers' Club..

Since I'm a big-sized gal, I dont know what to wear that will suit my theme for that night, which is "Hollywood Nite"... Can u gals out there help me? At 1st I was thinking of renting any prom dresses, in which I've tried googling... but to my horror, there's not much of a choice.... huhuhu.... Do help me out, if u can as I really needed some help on this matter...

LHDN exam...

hye guyz... as per topic, i'll be sitting for my LHDN 1st attempt exam this coming 14th November, for the post of Pegawai Eksekutif (penaksiran) gred 7... actually i'm kinda worried here since most of my frens are saying that this exam is exactly like the PAC (PTD) exams... since i've been to a PAC exam and failed, sumhow it kinda pressures me.... i would like to ask any of you who has directly or indirectly involved with LHDN exams to give a few pointers or share their experience here with me... for those who wants to share their opinions are also welcome.... all opinions are highly appreciated... thanx loads guyz!

1st - is the sitting exam as mentioned above (most likely same as PAC exam)

2nd - physical exam (which i think would include running) not sure bout this and i dont know how many km u would have to run

3rd - interview process

which shud be a good career path? i am a graduate of accounting... n had previously did my practical in an audit firms... i find dat working in audit firm gives u wider xposure as compared to accounts...however, in accounts u'll get better salary than audit....

just need sum advice or any opinions on this.... thanx
