my cc expired 3 months ago but my paypal is still verified. however last time i tried buying stuff from xl-shop.com , and my transaction failed. However, i can send money to my fren that is using personal acc which cc has expired too.

so my question is.. whats the limit? whom can i not send money to, and whom i can ?

a few weeks ago i bought new hp. I use 2 number, digi and celcom. Digi no problem activate grps/mms but celcom like hell. First i send sms request activate at 90000. No sms received back. Then i try following guides on celcom website. None working. After browsing thru threads in lowyat, i decided to call celcom customer service.

At first everything was ok. they ask my number, my hp brand. Then they ask my name. After that they said, your phone not registered under ur name. The person who registered your number need to call us Then we will activate for you. WTF . My mom bought my number and i'm not nearby her. If i don't come home let say, 6 month then i can't activate anything at all ? This operator said, the person who registered can call from other no and request it. WTF..
Celcom customer service no can only be called by people using celcom prepaid/postpaid. Then what happens if the one who registred it doesn't use CELCOM? baka. BAKA BAKA BAKA BAKA BAKA BAKA BAKA BAKA BAKA BAKABAKA BAKA BAKA BAKA BAKABAKA BAKA BAKA BAKA BAKABAKA BAKA BAKA BAKA BAKABAKA BAKA BAKA BAKA BAKA

Blinking and streamyx Technician

Here is my case ,
my streamyx hv been blinking terribly since the past 3 weeks.
we fix the phone line since it's noisy.
after that, the line still blinking . i can't do surfing
i can't play online games, i can't do much.
so i call their hotlines 1 300 88 9515.
then their tech guy called me . this is our conversation ,

techguy: what's the error u got when ur line blinking
me : i cant surf.
techguy: but u can connect ?
me : yes. but im blinking so i can't surf
techguy: if you can connect, then there's no problem.
me : how come there's no problem? i can connect but im blinking what's the point of that ?
techguy: if you can connect that means u can surf. blinking happens all d time . forget about the DSL line. just surf.
me : ( this is the part when i got angry ) i can connect but i can surf. do u not understand that ? whenever it's blinking i cant surf. i can't play online games i cant do anithing bcoz it's blinking. it's like there's no line at all
techguy: this is the first time i received this kind of problem. but blinking is not a problem. as long as you can connect, then we got no problem.

and then my hp padam coz got no bateri n he doesnt call anymore.
the conversation is much longer, he made me open RO games , surf n stuff to check wether my line blinking or not.

the question is , what is it with them that makes em so hard to understand
that when DSL blink, we can't surf. i may not be DC but i still can't surf.
and the part where blinking doesnt occurs everytime .
and what's with this " it's not our problem bla bla bla as long as u can connect then it's fine. wtf is that? " and if this is really not their problem.. then who's problem is it ? you mean everyone that got blinking problem is their own faulty home socket problem modem problem phone line prblm but not their fault at all ?
please explain to me, what's their meaning by it's not their fault

yes before this my phone line's noisy but we fix that. phone line is clear now.
i don't use any parallel line or whatever you call it. only 1 socket goes to splitter
straight to my phone n modem. i'm using kasda n winxp. i've already recut n renew the wires to the socket so i don't think that's the problem.

btw, while im writing this, my phone line blink for more than 5 time. and i dont
run any programs behind etc.
