Iphone 4 screen freeze when press assisitive touch

Does anyone here experience such problem after update to ios 5.1.1 :

when you press the assistive touch so as to access the home button, the iphone screen freeze there or jammed for a few seconds and sometimes for 5mins.

I like iphone 4 bumper veli muchie. very curious if iphone 4 bumper can fit on iphone 3gs ? or those iphone 4 cases can fit on iphone 3gs ? I know the button position are different on iphone 4 and iphone 3gs, but if i install the cases of ip4 on ip3gs, despite the button problem, can they fit ?
