Hi,

I'm looking to sell off my condo unit. I checked the selling price from iproperty but not sure if the listed price is reflective of market price? My condo unit has an extra car park. How much should I expect to get from the extra car park?

Appreciate your comments and advice.

Hi all,

I am about to buy a second hand condo in Puncak Seri Kelana, Ara Damansara. The selling price is 250k for a non renovated 1054sq ft unit comes with 2 car park. It has 3 bedrooms. The interior of the unit is not in very good condition such as tiles, parquet floor are dull and some already damaged. Also included is furnishing, washing machine, sofa, dining table and bedroom sets.

I'm planning to buy for investment only. Estimate the unit can be rented out for 1.1k a month with one car park and the other car park can be rented out for rm150 a month. Is it a good buy? Will the price of property around that area increase??

Edit: The maintenance fee is around rm190 per month.

hi there...can someone here tell me how to register .key files into my registry?when i opened the file,it says it's not a registry script, and i can only import binary registry files from within the registry editor.

hi guys....ever heard of O2 XDA neo??...is it a new model??...it's in germany but cant find it anywhere else if im not mistaken...it has 2mp camera and wireless LAN...and also O2 xphone IIm...give some reviews and comments please...im in germany and wanna get the phone here....it's cheap O2 XDA neo=120euro and O2 xphone IIm=180euro if you subscribe to it's line service...thanks loads..

hi guys...planning to buy a laptop...at first i have decided to buy dell inspiron 6000...but today inspiron 6400 came out to replace 6000...aikz....i wanna know what is the difference between the dual core and single core processors....dual core 1.66 or single core 1.83 faster leh?...which one better?....hmm...pro please enlighten me..
