            <description>hello all loan specialists and masters out there,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;in Malaysia, is it possible to take loan based on oversea property?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. lets say if i have a property in Shanghai, can i take the property back to Malaysia to apply for loan?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. If yes, lets say when i buy the property it is worth 1 mil, loan amount is 700k, now the property worth 2 mil, can i refinance it in Mal and take more than 700k loan?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For refinance, what will be the case if it is in Mal property refinance in Mal?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;saw another thread referring to investment in UK which can be finance in Mal.. how is it done?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thanks all..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <description>hello guys, &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;just wondering, if i buy a property, then follow by a joint property with someone, does the next property for myself consider 3rd property? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i know that for 3rd property, loan application is restricted to 30%..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so one self owned unit, one joint owned unit, and if want to buy another consider 3rd unit?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;how to they check? by IC?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thanks</description>

            <title>how is Vivaldi MK now?</title>

            <description>hello.. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;drive up MK the other day and saw the Vivaldi still selling, went in, took a look at the show house and love it.. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;very big and well renovated... &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;one lift for 2 units and the lift open at only one unit..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;what is that average prices in MK now psf? I think Vivaldi is the nearest to the F&amp;amp;B area for MK right? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;how much does it worth now psf? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;heard from pple that the rental return in MK drop to abour RM 2psf per month, is that true ar?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I search the forum for Vivaldi and pple tend to complaint about Vivaldi high prices when it first launch in 2009, but now most of the newly launched unit is already selling at 800-900psf (like Verve suites) and some even higher.. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thanks &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>
